Our ERP is old and has no API. Can you still automate it?
Usually yes. Where no API exists we use database-level integration, file-based exchange, or driver and UI automation as a last resort, hardened so it survives interface changes. We audit the system first and tell you honestly if it is not viable.
Do you have a team in Kuwait?
No. We are remote-first, working Gulf hours, with delivery over video. If your procurement requires a locally registered supplier, we are not a fit and we will say so early.
Can the chatbot handle Arabic?
Yes, including Gulf dialect and mixed Arabic-English messages, which is how customers actually write. We evaluate on your own conversation history before launch.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. Source code, infrastructure and documentation are handed over at the end. There is no platform fee and no lock-in preventing another team from maintaining it.
