Do you work with Qatari companies remotely?
Yes, and remote-first is how we deliver everywhere. We work Gulf hours, run discovery and reviews over video, and deploy into your own cloud account. We do not have a Doha office and we do not run on-site engagements.
Can data stay inside Qatar?
Yes, where your cloud provider offers in-country capacity, or on-premise. Where no third-party model API is acceptable we run self-hosted open models entirely within your environment.
Why custom instead of an off-the-shelf platform?
Platforms are excellent until you need something outside their model, and then you are blocked. If an off-the-shelf tool genuinely solves your problem we will say so rather than sell you a build you do not need.
Do you support Arabic?
Yes, including Modern Standard Arabic, Gulf dialect and mixed Arabic-English input. We evaluate language quality on your own content before launch rather than relying on a vendor benchmark.
How is work priced?
Fixed scope per phase after a process mapping session. A single automation or grounded chatbot pilot is a small engagement; multi-system agent platforms are larger programmes.
